Guido Rojer, Jr. attended college in Curaçao earning him BSc. in Business Administration majoring in International Business. He holds an MSc in public policy from the Maastricht graduate school of governance and received an MSc in International Business from the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics with a special attention for innovation economics. He also attended summer school at University of California in Berkeley focusing on international trade.
Currently he is part of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics and lectures on international commerce, and innovation management. In addition to his academic appointment he is also an advisor to locally established multinationals various industries including utilities and financial services. In particular he is also the chairman of the Youth Social Economic Council of Curacao. He also serves on the board of several foundations aimed at promoting scientific development and human development of Curacao
